Erstmals in 780.M41 wird auf Balhaut, wo die Ghosts als Garnison stationiert sind, Sloman als Kompanieführer neben Kommissar-Oberst Ibram Gaunt, Major Elim Rawne, Major Gol Kolea, Ferdy Kolosim, Flyn Meryn, Obel, Ban Daur, Raglon, Branden Baskevyl, Arcuda, Dohon Domor, Theiss, Elam und Seley erwähnt.^{1 K13}
